Changing Your Password

It is very important that you maintain a strong password to keep your account safe.

When creating a password, we strongly recommend the following:

  • Your password needs to be between 8 and 20 characters long.
  • You should use a combination of UPPER CASE and lower case characters.
  • You should include a couple of numbers in your password.
  • You should include a couple of special characters (e.g. #, %, $)

 

How to Change Your Password

1. First, you must be logged into the Car Show Pro website.

2. There are two ways to access your Profile page:

    • Click on your name in the top right corner.  Then select My Profile.

OR

    • Hover over the Dashboard menu.  Then select My Profile.

3. Enter your new password in the Password field.  Remember, your password must be 'Strong' or better to continue.

4. Enter the same password in the Password Again field.

5. Click the Update button.  Your password has been saved.
