Session login lost if cookies not enabled

Problem

If cookies are not enabled on the user's browser, you can process a log in but the session details are not saved.  You may see the following notification at the bottom of your browser:

 

Solution

(tick) Cookies must be enabled in your browser. We use session cookies to enable enhanced functionality on the site.
