Car Show Pro allows event admins to set user roles for various event staff for the event.
Each user role has a specific set of abilities within the software. Generally, for a 'judged' event, one or more Judges will be required.
Additionally, Staff may be required, both in advance as well as at the event, to provide registration services to those entering at the event.
User roles are assigned from the Staffing tab.
The Event Admin is either someone who has been invited to act as an Admin, or the original Admin themselves (called the Owner).
Event admins have full full control over their event details and settings.
Only event admins can add, edit or delete event information and staff.
Event Admins will also have Head Judge abilities.
When a new Admin role is created, that user will also be created as a Head Judge by default, so the Admin can access the Event Judging functionality.
A Head Judge (or "Master Judge") responsibilities vary greatly from event to event.
Car Show Pro Master Judges provide oversight on the event judging, including:
View All Judges scores
Edit All Judges scores
Clear any Judges score
Clear ALL scoring for an auto
Break any ties
Can do all abilities of a Judge
Can change auto classifications (if admin has chosen to allow)
Head Judges access to your event is limited from 24 hours before event start until 24 hours after event end.
Judges provide a critical role by evaluating and scoring autos during event competitions.Judges abilities:
Provide scoring for an auto
Edit or Clear their score for any auto
CANNOT see other judges scores
CANNOT edit or clear another judge’s score
Can select an auto classification (if one has not already been selected)
Judges access to your event is limited from 24 hours before event start until 24 hours after event end.
Event staff can:
add or edit auto registrations, contact information and payment info, prior to and during the event.
print Dashcards and event reports.
Staff access to your event is limited from 1 year before event start until 24 hours after event end.
